We will not be holding our normal monthly meeting in December, however following
last years successful dinner we will be doing the same this year. The Farm, Friday

Cream of Winter Vegetable Soup – crusty bloomer bread


Duck & Sweet Pickled Vegetable Terrine – spicy plum chutney – toasted granary bread


Smoked Salmon, Cream Cheese & Chive RouladeBaby Capers – Wild Rocket Salad


Home Made Wild Mushroom & Spinach TortelliniCreamy White Truffle Sauce, Shaved Parmesan


Potted Stilton – Port & Red Onion Jam – Melba Toast




Traditional Roast Turkey Breast & Leg - pigs in blankets – thyme roast potatoes,

sage & garlic stuffing, bread sauce


Venison & Root Vegetable Suet Pudding - creamy mash potato – red wine gravy


Pan Fried Fillet of Salmon - buttered baby spinach, citrus butter sauce, new potatoes


Barley Risotto - roasted butternut squash, sautéed leeks, lightly spiced crème fraiche


Slow Roasted Belly of Pork - apple fritters, bubble & squeak, sage & onion gravy


All main courses come with Brussel sprouts with sautéed bacon & onions,

cauliflower cheese, carrot & swede puree, honey roasted parsnips.




Traditional Christmas Pudding - brandy sauce – rum butter


Lavender Scented Panna Cotta -honey tuille biscuits, honey sauce


Glazed Lemon & Chocolate Tart - passion fruit coulis – vanilla ice cream


Sticky Toffee Pudding - butterscotch sauce – vanilla ice cream


Selection of English Cheeses - biscuits, celery, grapes (£1.95 Surcharge)
